One of my dabbles with rhyme...I dont' do it often, but sometimes I think its fun. I think I just wrote this one because I wanted to write something...enjoy!
I look across the ocean in the middle of the night
Hoping this time I will capture just one glimpse, just one sight
Of Aglaia’s shining hair simply blowing in the wind,
Or Euphrosyne’s smile beyond what I can comprehend.
Maybe Thalia will come and grace me with her beauty,
Then the Graces will sing and dance and then return with me
To the mountain towering above the clouds that brought rain
The day you disappeared and filled this world of mine with pain.
Though these goddesses are splendorous, their beauty divine,
What I see when you look in my eyes easily outshines
These three, plus Aphrodite in all their glory and fame.
My heart fails me with no more than the mention of your name.
